2. PRODUCTS
The Store sells:
- Limited edition prints
- Signed prints (where specified)
- Open edition prints (where specified)
- Selected merchandise (where applicable)
All products are subject to availability.
Where an item is described as a Limited Edition, the edition size stated on the product page reflects the total quantity produced in that format.
Edition numbers are allocated at random unless otherwise specified.
Images displayed on the website are representative. Minor variations in colour, finish, or placement of signatures may occur due to printing processes and screen display differences.
3. PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at checkout via the approved payment methods displayed on the Store.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors prior to dispatch. If a pricing error occurs, you will be contacted and given the option to proceed or cancel.
4. ORDER CONFIRMATION
Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Acceptance occurs when your order has been dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where fraud, misuse, or error is suspected.
5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

7. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.
Signed, personalised, or custom-made items may be exempt from return unless defective.

All artwork, designs, imagery, text, and branding associated with Mr Phantom remain the intellectual property of the artist and/or London Art Exchange Ltd.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Our liability is limited to the purchase price paid for the product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes your statutory consumer rights under UK law.

We do not sell personal data to third parties.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
